Lower Level
The lower level of the home is a hub of entertainment, creativity, and convenience. It includes a professional-grade theater with a stage and backstage area, a large playroom open to the floor above, a craft and dressing room, and a whimsical raceway that encircles the footprint of the home. Additional spaces could be used to finish off a catering kitchen, pantry, a staff lounge, multiple restrooms, and seasonal storage. The Bat Cave garage is also located on this level, offering secure, hidden parking with direct interior access.
Theater Room
With seating for 62 guests, this expansive theater room delivers an authentic cinematic experience. A large stage and screen anchor the space, while professional‑grade speakers and tiered seating ensure every viewer enjoys crystal‑clear sound and unobstructed views. Whether hosting movie nights, live performances, or presentations, this room brings the magic of the movies right into the heart of the home.
Race Track
One of the most unique elements of the lower level is the indoor raceway, which encircles the entire footprint of the home. Inspired by Car’s Land at Disneyland, the track was designed as a playful space for grandchildren to ride kettcars or non-motorized scooters, bringing energy, laughter, and movement to the heart of the home. It can also be an ideal walking track for exercise.
Tunnel
Connecting the main house to the pool barn, an approximately 138-foot concrete tunnel creates a dramatic, Star Wars-like atmosphere beneath the estate. Designed with imaginative potential in mind, the tunnel includes four 16’ x 16’ chambers originally conceived as Disney-inspired spaces.
While currently unfinished, the concrete structure offers a blank canvas for a future owner to bring their own creative vision to life—whether themed playrooms, secret hideouts, or immersive entertainment zones.
Shooting Gallery
Located at the end of the tunnel on the lower level of the pool barn, the Frontierland Shooting Gallery offers an immersive Old West experience reminiscent of Disneyland’s famed Frontierland Shootin’ Exposition. This interactive space invites guests to test their marksmanship in a setting that echoes the rustic charm of an 1850s frontier town. Whether engaging in friendly competition or simply enjoying the ambiance, this unique feature adds a nostalgic and adventurous touch to the home’s extensive amenities.
